Why has my Sales Receipt lost all lines around text boxes?

All of a sudden there are no lines on my Sales Receipts. I have looked at the Layout Designer and all things that should be ticked seem to be but it prints without any lines and even in the print preview it has no lines.

    Looks like Reckon Accounts invoice to me.You Posted in ReckonOne, Try it on another printer.

    Hi Sam,

    Welcome to Reckon Community & thank you for the question.

    Please follow these steps

    Click on File->Printer set up

    Select Tax invoice from the list

    Please check if  “Do not print lines around each field” box is ticked, if it’s ticked please un-tick that box and re print the invoice.
