MYOB had "prepare bank deposit" but the new one doesn't. Does your program have it? I used this feature in MYOB17 and it was so useful. It listed everything in the  "cash drawer" that hadn't been reconciled and let you select the items with ticks and deposit it into the cheque account. Their new online version has nothing like it and it's a manual effort to reconcile the cash drawer and make the same transaction as before. It used to take a minute to do the bank transfer from the cash drawer to the cheque account. Now it can take 10 if you have a lot of entries. I 've suggested to them to put it in but they refuse. I hope yours has something like it so I can migrate to your system and say good riddance to MYOB. Thanks

Welcome to Reckon.... :) it really is the best :)

The feature you are after is called (in ReckonAccounts Business Range) 'Record Deposit'
When you 'Receive Payments' from your customer you "put" the payment into 'undeposited funds' COA

then you Click 'Record Deposit' which is on your home screen... and all that is 'undeposited' is waiting there for you to deposit to which ever bank account required.

Select as many as you want to 'deposit' (yellow highlight) and the system will group them together so they sit as one line in the bank account register.

Cheers :)
