Need to update my mobile phone

Hi there, I change my mobile number and i cant log in to my Reckon app. I have write an email sent to community@reckon.com and curstomerservice@reckon.com to ask for help.. I have a letter with details of the company attatched to the email as well. please help me if you need anything. Thankyou and look forward to hear from you. Kate
