Need to upgrade to Home and Business

I upgraded from PP to Home & Business over a year ago and updated to the 2020 version a couple of weeks ago and everything was working OK.  Today when I tried to open it, I got the message 'This file contains one or more accounts that require access to features not currently activated'.  I rentered my key as suggested and the program opened and I did my entries but when I went to close I got the message asking me if I wanted to start a 60 trial of Home & Business.  I had no alternative but to answer yes as otherwise it was going to revert back to PP and I know my current data file is not compatible with this program.  Need an urgent response to this problem.

Hi Alexander,

Thanks for your reply.  I am already using Home & Business and haven't been doing anything different that could have triggered this message.  Everything is OK at the moment and the licence info under Help in the program is showing the correct details.  I think the crunch will come after the '60 day trial'  when it will either carry on correctly or say the trial is over.  If it says the trial is over, then I guess the only way out is to get a new installation key..  The other problem I am having and somebody else reported it in a post today, is that auto update has stopped working since Friday.
