New Version of Hosted is now affecting my business

This product is now effecting the functionality of my business.

Layout Designer: spent 2 hours trying to get a text box to move still no luck
Layout Designer: spent 2 hours trying to lengthen a text box still no luck
Pressing Tab: now goes backwards rather than forwards
Keyboard Delete: no longer works
Screen Lag: I have to click the screen now to push the software along and get the information I need.
At least Reckons invoicing system is working ok as i did receive your invoice on time.

do i have time to sort out these issues over the phone NO.

Sean - I have had exactly the same issues when first changed over to the new online hosted. What finally worked was re-booting the computer a few times, opening a new browser in Google Chrome and going through the logging on process again. Finally Reckon Hosted opened and I logged into the data file (this all took 5 - 10 mins) Once I was in the data file & verified it was working. I closed it immediately through the correct procedure, closed down the browser, re-opened a new browser in Google Chrome (works much better than internet explorer now) and went through the whole process of logging on to Reckon and logging into my data file. The operation was alot quicker this time and all functions in the data file seem to work fine. I have had no trouble since. Although the logging onto Reckon online still takes longer than ideal.
