Error updating customer email w/ Reckon Accounts

Hi,
When I change the email address for a customer or to an employee Reckon still send the payslips or the invoices to the old emails ? is there any way to solve this issue

Welcome to Reckon Community!
With regards to your query, it is possible that there is still pending emails awaiting to be sent on the Send Forms window. Go to File | Send Forms... and check the list. If necessary, clear this list by sending or deleting them.

Hi Alex,
Just to confirm, the Send Forms window at this time is completely blank?
Because at the time the transaction is pended to be emailed, it will have the email address used at that point of time. Therefore, in order to refresh it, you need to clear that transaction on the Send Forms window then try to email it again. Sometimes if you have removed that transaction alone may not work, so clear that window.
Otherwise, if issue persist, try:
- Refreshing the transaction by opening it, enter a full stop '.' on the MEMO field and Save
- Delete and re-do the transaction

When i am changing a client or an employee's email address in quickbooks and try to send the invoice the email address is still sending to the old one even though on quickbooks its showing the new email address that i have updated

- What is your Reckon Accounts version and year?
- What is your Windows version?
- What is your emailing program and year version?
