Hi Jason,

I completely understand where you are coming from, but am asking you to please be patient. I do not work for Reckon, and like you have been able to either login for short periods, or not at all.

But I have had clients move to Xero and some are happy whilst others have found it costly to get the same functionality or unable to do what they were previously able to do.

That is why there are so many products on the market as some are great for some businesses whilst others are not.

Reckon will get this sorted (hopefully sooner rather than later) and then other issues we have had in the past will be non existent once we get over this hurdle.

I do hope for you that you are able to get everything running as usual ASAP.
