Newcastle Permanent and ABA file.

I bank with the Newcastle Permanent since they upgraded their website I receive a message saying the ABA file format is not recognised, has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?

    Is there any more to the error message or just that the ABA file format is not recognised?

    Can I just confirm which software and version you're using?

    How long has it been since you noticed this change?

    The message says the ABA format is not valid, it only started after the Ncle Perm updated their website in August, they did say to turn off self balancing before processing the batch file - which I did.  I am using Accounts Premier Edition 2015.
