No data in Reckon One STP to send to GovConnect STP

Hi, I am trying to send my fist payrun to GovConnect SP through my Recon One STP however, there is no data to send.  I have followed all the setup through reckon, GovConnect and the ATO.  When I try to click on send to GovConnect STP it does nothing at all as there is no data showing for the pay run I selected.  I have finished the pay run and it is showing as paid.  Please help.     Sorry I cannot help you as my QB's has just become out of date and I am in the process of updating.

    Hi Di The very first time you have to send it twice. If it is marked in one as sent, change to back to draft. Kind regards Kim Chapman www.cosbiz.com.au

    I am having the same issue I have been able to send them prior to July 1 and now I have 2 pays still sitting in draft and previous ones marked as sent? Any help would be great
