Thank you for your answers about duplicated ABN.

By your help, the duplicated ABN error has been solved and I could register to GovConnect for all of them.

However, I have already input all wage information and made Pay runs, but the data is not shown in GovConnect of four companies. The error message is that " No Data Received".

For the second questions, the ABN in PartnerBook is correctly input in the legal section of Book Settings, but the wage information is also not shown in GovConnect as above.

By the way, I have tried to setup a new client with GovConnect as first action and then register Reckon One. For this client, there has no error and problem until sending STP to ATO. (I think there is some problem in software process.)

    Hi David,
    The 'No Data Received' message means that the data between your Reckon One book and the STP entity is not matching so Reckon One doesn't know where to send the STP submission.

    Firstly, you need to make sure that the Reckon One book and STP entity is under the same Reckon Portal account.

    Secondly and more importantly, you need to make sure that the legal information section in your Reckon One book matches the STP entity specifically, the ABN and legal name.

    Hi Rav

    Of course, the Reckon One and STP Entity is under the same account. 
    As told, two clients' Reckon one has no problem because I started to setup the Reckon GovConnect and then setup the Reckon One.
    However, another 5 clients' Reckon One have the same problem.



    As you can see, there is no send button to GovConnect STP, and it has just Launch button.
    Although I launched the GovConnect, the error message is the same as before. "No data received".

    For your information, I have already matched the legal information. All five are matched.

    Please understand that I am disappointed by this issue and I am wondered why I have to use the Reckon One.
