No details from bank in online Banking centre

I have recently updated to the latest version of Reckon Account Plus, my manually imported qif file seems to import correctly and create a QBO file  but there is nothing to view in the Online banking Centre, My account is there but no file in the "from Bank " window

    HI, try this solution that worked for someone else-
    "Then, try importing through this method:
    File > Utilities > Import > Web connect files,
    Browse to the location of your import file.
    Select the .QBO file (not the .QIF)
    follow the prompts to complete."

    I had the same problem and this method worked for me as well.
