No email failure notification

Does anyone know how I can be sure that my customers have received their emailed invoices, I have had an occasional one set with an incorrect email address but have no way of knowing that the customer has not receiver the email

Hi Ron,
At this stage, Reckon Accounts Hosted does not possess this functionality.

There are plans in the pipeline to implement a similar email experience as Reckon One into the Accounts Hosted solution in future.

Some users have found CC-ing themselves into outbound emails as a workaround of keeping track of emails. Appreciate it's not ideal however.

Rav its been at this stage for three years. When is the next stage? Ccing is NOT a aubstitute. It tells you NOTHING about the recipient. You should not be suggesting it. Thank you
