No Printers Available

Today I don't have any options for printing.  I am using Reckon Accounts Hosted 2015.

    I have tried closing Reckon and reopening. Also tried shutting down computer and restarting.

    Have there been any changes made recently to your operating system or printers, settings etc?

    All sorted now thanks.  There had been no changes to anything but after a complete shutdown and reboot overnight it worked this morning.

    Thanks.  It has run smoothly for all my clients for quite a while so was a bit of a surprise to get an issue.  Hoping for an error free run for 2016.
