Can someone shed any light on what is going on with Reckon One helpdesk? I sent in an email about a reporting issue last Thursday but haven't had any response, I ended up having to file an estimate VAT return because of this. This is still happening today and I have 3 returns to get off my desk. I am now receiving complaints from clients that they cannot print or email invoices. The helpdesk rings through to an answering machine, I left a message this morning but still waiting for a callback.
