No response from reckon one?

Can someone shed any light on what is going on with Reckon One helpdesk?  I sent in an email about a reporting issue last Thursday but haven't had any response, I ended up having to file an estimate VAT return because of this. This is still happening today and I have 3 returns to get off my desk. I am now receiving complaints from clients that they cannot print or email invoices. The helpdesk rings through to an answering machine, I left a message this morning but still waiting for a callback.

Tried ringing through on the sales line to see if I could speak to someone, no luck there either. ???

I can see that Jon from our Reckon UK team has popped a reply on your other thread looking at setting up a call to discuss your issues in more detail, just wanted to check and confirm if you were able to have a chat?

I'm sorry to hear the difficulties you have been having getting through to the Reckon One UK team. It has been a busy few days for us, but please do continue to use the phone number and email you have used, as generally we are available and ready to help.

We are also pro-actively looking at making more people available to help with queries. You should start to see the benefit of these changes soon.

The first change is we do now offer a chat service via (note: this is currently for UK users only). If you visit our website, you will find a chat option available at the bottom left of the screen when a member of the team is available. If not, you can leave us a message and someone will come back to you as soon as they can.
