No super details coming up in employee contact list report

I am trying to set up employees in a super clearing house and I can upload a CSV. file with all the employee details. I have spent a while setting up employee super details with fund name, fund ID and member numbers and then when I run a employee contact list and modify to include this detail nothing comes up under super number and fund scheme. I have had to export duper data and it comes up with the fund name, fund ID and member number in this report and then I have had to amalgamate the reports. Why does this information come up in employee report? It is very annoying to have manually entered all the data and now not be able to produce a comprehensive information list. Any ideas on how to run a report with all employee information including super details?

    Hello Jane,

    Thank you for using the Reckon Community.

    You can use the Report "Super Report by Employee"

    1. Click the "report" menu > Employees & Payroll > Super Report by Employee

    this should give you what you needed to see in regards to employee Super information.

    Does it include all the Employee details?

    Hello Kathy,

    Unfortunately, NO. You have to generate a separate report for it. As there is a limitation with some reports that can show info you needed.
