No Support - Accounts Plus

Why am I no longer able to get access to telephone support for my Reckon Accounts Plus product? I suspect this is due to selling to MYOB? If so, it is very disappointing and frustrating that my user experience and tech support is compromised when I am paying a significant amount each year for this benefit!

Thanks for raising this and I'm sorry to hear you've had a frustrating experience this morning.
If you have a valid Advantage subscription it entitles you to free live technical support, I've had a look at your account and can see that you do so I'm a little surprised and confused as to why you were advised of support not being available to you.

Could you give us a bit more detail on what's going on and an appropriate time to speak and we'll organise a callback for you from one of our technicians.

Also, just wanted to touch on the point regarding MYOB, while its still under review at this stage, the MYOB acquisition focuses solely on the Accountant's Group that makes up part of Reckon. The Business Range products and services which Reckon Accounts desktop products, Reckon Accounts Hosted, Reckon One and others fall under are not affected in any way by the above.
