If you're still experiencing this issue, can I please get you to access your Hosted control panel and log off any active sessions that are listed in the 'Log off Remote Sessions' section. Once that is done logout, please ensure you use the logout option in the top right corner.
Once logged out successfully, please give it 3-5 minutes to allow your session to fall off the server before trying again.
Can you please give that a try and let us know if the problem persists?

I've just tested logging in and was able to get through successfully so the server isn't down but it looks like this is affecting a small group of users.
Did you encounter this message the first time you tried logging into the new 2018 edition of Hosted?
Can I please ask if you can try testing logging into Hosted on a different browser and let me know if you experience the same issue. Also, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

I am so fed up with this. EOFY is big for all business small or big, specially family business - I am not buying of this and I will be putting a case to ACCC or fair trading as small family business rely on software and pay a premium for a product you know people like us need at this crucial time, theres no one to help.
I don't want more free months to stay with a company who is unreliable.
I am beyond fed up with this.

I can certainly appreciate where you're coming from, there are never any good times for issues to occur but I know this is right at the top of the bad timing list. I sincerely apologise for the frustration not to mention hassle this is causing.
We're working very hard to put this right as quick as we can and get access restored.
Please keep an eye on this thread as I'm posting updates there as soon as they come to hand -
