Nominating eligible employees for JobKeeper

I have lodged the STP for all of last month's pay runs highlighting (As advised by reckon) the employees that we are claiming the JobKeeper payments. However when I go to the business portal, there is no list that appears of the nominated employees. How can I nominate the eligible employees? Im worried that the information lodged through Reckon Portal has not gone through to ATO :(

Yes, that’s correct.


If you have employees & are using STP, the employees’ details will normally prefill based on that.  Be patient as the reporting option has only become available from today so - depending on your STP lodgment dates – there may be a bit of a delay in the syncing of this data in which case you may need to manually enter their details.
