Non existing email address on Reckon One

Hello, I have just signed up for Reckon One and put the wrong email address. Now I'm locked out because I can't get the verification email. Please help!

    They have my credit card and I entered quite a bit of information

    You will have to talk to Tech support ID yourself and they can change the login email address only.

    Hi there,
    When I search using the email address in your Community user name I can see there's an active Reckon One book listed under it.
    Have you also registered a book under a completely DIFFERENT email address?

    Might be best to give us a buzz today so we can straighten this out in full.
