Hi
I have a US Bank Account that doesn't download to QIF files.
It does download QFX, QBO or xls.
How do I get Reckon to recognise any of these files?
Thanks

    Hi Lynne,
Use the QBO option, when importing you must use the Web Connect File option found by navigating File > Utilities > Import > Web Connect Files

Let me know how you get on

That doesn't work as the import only looks for QFX files and you don't have the option to change it

I have a US Citibank bank account and also can't import the transactions. I can download to QIF file and convert to QBO, I can select my account to import to,  but the final conversion and upload errors. The error states file not uploaded, try again and contact tech support.
I get the same error when using the Utilities > Import > Web Connect Files and selecting the QBO file.

I suspect the final conversion errors due to the US date format? A function to covert US date would really help, - and enhance a great product.
