Normal Hours, overtime, etc information missing from payslips in Payroll Premier 2019/20. I find I have to shut the program and reopen it before the missing information appears. Is anyone else having this issue?
Yes. I've been having that issue as well. What seems to be happening is the STP is mucking up the date paid and pay end dates, so the payslips are looking for the pay end date, but only finding the date paid. Thought I was going mad the first week, but now I'm used to it. Another dodgy "feature" of this crappy package. I don't think I am going to see the year out with this rubbish. Arrow is looking pretty good at the moment.
