Not able to print from Hosted - only printer option is Reckon Printer?

Now using Reckon Hosted after using Reckon accounts for many years. Now not able to print from Hosted - only printer option is Reckon Printer? Help!

    Hi Jan.  This is now a multi stage process in Hosted.  You need to print first to the Reckon printer, then select view and then print to your usual printer.

    Excellent, Jan.  My understanding is that this issue is on the list to do something about, but it seems likely to be still a long way away.

    Its strange that I couldn't find your easy solution on any of the help pages! Its probably there in one of the videos but having used Reckon for many years I don't need all the explanations - just that one. Really appreciate the Reckon community help- thanks again.
