Is anyone not being able to log on to online?
We can't and neither can our accountant

Hey Shane, thanks for reaching out to us. When you try to log off, have you tried going into the CONTROL PANEL>Remote User Log Off? If there is a session there can you trying logging that off. Then from dashboard click on settings drop down arrow (top right-hand side) and then select Log Off. Close your browser completely (all tabs and windows). Restart browser and try to log in again. Mirko, I am having the same problem.  It was working properly until after lunch and no one in our firm can log on.  I have logged off everyone and even started my computer but nothing seems to work

We have the same problem ,but have logged off all users under control panel and other suggestions while I'm on hold with Reckon helpdesk ?

Sorry Mirko   Doesn't make a scrap of difference. The question is - is there a problem at your end as I cannot afford to spend more time at this particular point if I am only wasting my time

Hi Everyone, at this point in time we are not aware of any issues. I have reported your occurrences to our IT teams to investigate. In the meantime, if you are still expecting log in issue, then please email support with your ID and a screenshot. Meanwhile, try to log off via control panel again, this time try to log in again after waiting 2-3 minutes. I'll update you if I receive any further information.

Just been on the phone to the support desk for 45 minutes...they are aware of this problem... its with the new release... this is now issue for both their internal users and us! They have no idea how long it will take to fix it....

Thanks for the update guys. Our IT team has located an issue and implamented a fix. Great to hear it's worked for yourselves.

The IT department advised that this issue was impacted a limited base of customer and was not system wide. I thank you all for your patience if you experienced any difficulties logging in during this time. ^Mirko

OFFICIAL STATEMENT:
We have identified and resolved the connectivity issue reported by some of our Hosted users. This issue was affecting only a small number of Hosted users on one of our File Servers. Please contact support If you still experience issue launching Accounts Hosted.
