I am absolutely disgusted we have had never ending issues with this and even have a standard and premium login however both let us down continually and now all the upgrades we can't even get in.  This is crazy and I feel we should be re-imbursed for this as well as us having to pay employees to work on this.  Months and months of disruptions and wasted time

AGREED ... yesterday was a shambles. Lost a whole day just trying to log in myself.... tried everything. And on top of that, I think someone at Reckon left the phone off the hook all day as I could not get through !!!! Totally over it .......
