Notes for employees pays

WE  have  just  upgraded  to  Reckon  for  our  payroll  and  wanted  to  know  where  we  can put  notes  associated  with  the  employees  individual  pays  .

e.g.  to  note  the  reason  a  particular  day  was  taken  off ,  ,  and why  an  adjustment  was  to  the  pay may  have  been made  etc


We  are  using  reckon  accounts  plus 2015

Sharon, what is your industry type, Payroll premier doesnt have much notes option,were you advised to use payroll premier?  do  you have award situation?

Hi  I   am  actually  using  the pay  section  of  Reckon Accounts  plus  2015  and  in  the  area  under  the Employee  centre   (Which  may  well  be  different  to Payroll  premier )  Does  this  make  a  difference  .  If  so  are  there  notes  options  here  -  Thanks  for   replying :)
