Delays in approval for BankData direct feeds to ANZ bank accounts

The ANZ Bank has advised it is upgrading its Direct Bank Feed facility that requires a conversion to a new computer system. This changeover will take a little over a week to complete.

From Friday 31st August to Monday 10th September the ANZ Bank will not be processing any new applications from Australian and New Zealand account holders for direct feeds.

Established direct feeds will not be affected and will continue to receive transactions daily.

The ANZ website for online completion of Bankdata requests will not be available over this time.

Paper-based applications (with a signed bank authority form) will still be accepted by Reckon and passed to the ANZ Bank, but no processing by the ANZ Bank will occur until the 10th September.  Users should therefore allow an additional 8 days (total 16 days) for their applications to be approved by the bank.

Reckon and the ANZ apologises for the inconvenience this changeover will cause users but it will result in a better Direct Feed management system for ANZ customers.

Regards,

Reckon BankData
