NZ Hosted slow today - and keeps going to black screen

Is there any know issue today?? - very very slow and keeps going to black screen - disconnects then reconnects - not losing work but very frustrating..

Has nothing to do with having to maintain my company file as I do this on a regular basis.

Haven't heard of anything happening as yet Toni but I'll ask the Hosted guys & girls.

Also, sorry to get basic, but is the internet connection all good in terms of stability? Are you connected via Wi-Fi or ethernet?

Ethernet connection and what we call FibreMax over here....have done speed test on Telco website and it is working as it should :-)

No issues on NZ Hosted network performance and capacity on a wider level.

Some of those symptoms that you described have been noticed to occur when there are skips or drops in the internet connection which is why I asked about the stability.

Are you using Hosted on more than one PC? And if so, is it occurring on any/all PC's running Hosted?
