LAST LOG ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON.  SPENT OVER TWO HOURS ON THE SUPPORT LINE - ONLY TO HAVE THE ISSUE ESCALATED.  HERE IT IS TUESDAY LATE MORNING AND THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WILL NOT BE IN UNTIL 11 O'CLOCK TODAY.  NOT HAPPY

I am not doing anything wrong - Reckon cannot find my file.  I am unable to do anything except wait.
