Offline Mobile Invoice for RAH is ready

Cosmic Innovations is happy to announce Offline Mobile Invoicing for Reckon Hosted is now ready for any one for trial .

The app is only available on Android only for now.

So what does this mean ?:

1. Its Online when internet is available which is normal

2. The app will becomes offline as soon as you reach with NO INTERNET AREAS

3. You are able to do ALL YOUR INCOICES IN OFFLINE MODE  without issues.

4. This same as in Aeroplane mode , you can do all your invoicing while travelling in plane

5.  Ability to print Receipts print OFFLINE using BLUETOOTH technology 

6.  See Reconciliation  SALES SUMMARY report by drivers name and date
 
7. Able to accept Cash , Cheque etc on the road and record it in the invoice which gets automatically synced to RAH

8. Create each drivers user name and password by rep name and each invoice is populated by the rep name initials.

9. Customised colored Invoice templates cloud look

10. Customised Email templates.

11. Ability to create new customer on the road online only 

Also we are proud to say the installation process has been fantastic its almost all automated and the end user in most cases and get it installed by them selves

This was a big issue before thanks to Reckon API Team we can are able to automate .
