Hi Susan.  This is an "age old" problem and usually surfaces at the end of the year when Payment Summaries are produced.  There is a way to fix this.  Have a look at the following Knowledge Base article for a solution on how to correct the problem:

I have found that RESC totals in STP don't match totals on payroll summary, I have found that the RESC totals didn't update from one payrun to the next in May 2019.

Following procedure as per above link the payment summaries now match the payroll summary.
How do I ensure details submitted via STP  are correct?

I had the same issue, and also the same one Maureen had with it showing up incorrectly on the STP too. I made sure the STP file submitted was correct by generating it, then opening it in Notepad and manually updating the RESC figure for the affected employee and re-saving it before I uploaded it to the STP portal. I just found John's suggestion here and have used this. It has fixed my Payroll Summary and hopefully next week my STP file will be correct again too. Thanks John!
