On Purchase Orders can I make the "Rate" GST Exclusive? (Accounts Premier 2018)

With Reckon Accounts Premier 2018:

As per the title, when I create a purchase order the "Rate" column is GST inclusive.
I can't seem to find a way to change this to GST exclusive, is this possbile?

    Hi Andrew.  On your purchase order form, on the very bottom left hand corner, there is a box against which is written Amounts include tax.  If you untick this, I would have thought that you will get the desired result.
