One of our clients is having problems logging in when we are logged in - the

Hi Janice - if you have multiple subscriptions - 3 things need to happen - each user must use a different Hosted login credential ... usually this would be your customer ID with -1 and -2 etc on the end?  Then the file needs to be in multi user mode for the 2nd user to be able to login (and shared with the 2nd Hosted login of course) and also each person logging into the datafile needs their own username and password (this is for the datafile, which is different to the Hosted login details).
