Online Banking Centre won't open

We don't currently use the online banking centre for anything - and when I try to even open it, my computer freezes and Reckon eventually crashes.

Is there a reason for this and a way to solve it?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you set up the online banking centre? It can become corrupted. I recommend setting it up again

How do I do that? It may have been used at some point in time prior to me starting, but I'm unsure.

Piece of cake Kelly. Create a new bank account. Untick online access in the existing account. Setup online access in the account you just created. Merge the old account into the new account. Call me if you get stuck 0407744914

Thanks Kevin, I don't know if that will solve the problem as I can't even get into the banking centre, and there are other accounts which have the online banking option ticked as well. Do you have any other suggestions of other things I can check?
