Optus access issues - Reckon.com, RAH, Reckon One

Hi everyone,

We are receiving early indication of an external issue originating within the Optus network which is impacting the ability reach certain sites.

This includes reckon.com, Reckon Accounts Hosted and Reckon One.

We are attempting to get in touch with Optus regarding this matter and if you are a Optus user, we strongly encourage that you report this issue to your service provider.

I have had this problem for the last few hours. Rang Optus, they escalated the issue and it appears to be fixed now. Wait and see.

Optus appears to have rectified the issue they were experiencing and access has been restored.

If you encounter any further access issues via the Optus network, please report this to your network service provider as soon as possible.
