I have made my first super payment (or so I thought!) through Ozedi.  It appears that the data has been sent through without payment.  How do I fix this?

    Welcome to the Reckon Community Matthew,

    Processing SuperStream payments have a couple of legs.  After processing your payroll in Reckon Accounts you generate an OzEdi export file.  You then upload that file on the OzEdi website and confirm it and authorise payment according to the arrangements yu established on your account with OzEdi.
