Password

Hey. I am new to this and am trying to download Bank Statement to my account.  I have put my password in the preferences setting and I'm getting an error message Failed to authenticate Check BankData UserID. I have checked this multiple times even resorting to changing the Bank password and starting over again. Ideas please driving me crazy
