Pay Run Declined by ATO

My latest STP lodgement has been declined by the ATO with the message below.
I checked over figures and they all appear correct, lodged an adjustment and same error occurred.
All other lodgements have been successful.
I use the STP app.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same issue since may. I emailed reckon today I will post their response. I rang ato they are receiving my submissions. I encourage you to email reckon too as this seems to be an ongoing problem that needs to be fixed.

Trevor yours is a superannaution error for one employee.  You need to know which employee and what the superannaution YTD figure should be.
I'm going to presume the figure should be $6969.20 so you need to do a positive adjustment for superananuation of $0.00000000001‬
There are many other posts on this community with how to do an adjustment but you go to pay runs + blue button top right and New adjustment for the one employee for superannaution $0 gross and $0 tax.

Hi Trevor, Thank you - I look forward to seeing your response from Reckon. I am now concerned that the ATO have received multiple submissions from me for the one pay period.

To fix this error the figures you are stating above look correct Samantha.  In regards to all other employees, Reckon are realeasing information soon about the YTD process, where you will be able to double check YTD for all employees prior to finalising so please make sure you check that.

I agree with you that Robyn has been excellent and been a massive help to users on the Community.

In regard to the decimal issue, its been fixed with the new update to the STP app as well v.1.12.9. I overlooked adding these details in the initial announcement however have updated it now -

I have successfully submitted by EOFY report with balancing figures.
