Pay Run declined by ATO

I used the free app for my first Pay Run and it was fine. Last week’s Pay Run was declined by the ATO and the Error Message came up, as in attached screenshot.
What do I do now? Re-submit the same data, because there is nothing wrong with my entry???

Yes provided that the data in your submission is all valid & relevant, I'd resubmit the pay event again.

Let me know if you run into this message again on the subsequent submission.

Thanks for your reply.
Whilst waiting for your reply, I actually called the ATO. They said the error code in the screenshot is not one of theirs, and that last week’s Pay Run had actually gone through OK.
He also said there were a lot of STP phone calls to do with the Reckon App. Maybe you could get your Tech Support team to look into that Error Code.
