Hi Rav. a few of our employees are not receiving their payslips for the past 1-2 pays. there has been no changes to email address or the way we process this (they have always received them previously).. Any ideas?
I have the same problem. Out of a dozen employees, one employee doesn't appear om the list of pay slips to be issued. Is there perhaps a tick box somewhere that turns them off? I have looked everywhere.
