Pay Slips

Hi Rav. a few of our employees are not receiving their payslips for the past 1-2 pays. there has been no changes to email address or the way we process this (they have always received them previously).. Any ideas?

Please ask them to check in Junk email.

They had done that but not there.

I have the same problem. Out of a dozen employees, one employee doesn't appear om the list of pay slips to be issued. Is there perhaps a tick box somewhere that turns them off? I have looked everywhere.

Still having issues with this, seem to be getting more employees each week who are not receiving them. They're checking junk folder and our process has not changed (previously had been receiving them)
