Pay Summaries include duplicates of paid amounts

Hi, I started using reckon in late July 2019. I had problems when I started as it kept asking me about my previous pay runs. I kept answering it. Then I decided to just go back and enter the first two pay run The end result is that the pay summary now includes my first fortnight’s pay three times and my second fortnight’s pay 2 times.

Note that the pay runs only show once in my app, so I assume the additional amounts are coming from the questions I kept answering about previous pay runs.

I need to adjust it to reflect the correct amount paid. How do I do this.?

Hi Katrina
Are you using the latest version of the STP app? v1.12.3 (Check your app store for any updates available)

If you need to make any adjustments to the figures that are sitting with the ATO then you can create an adjustment from within the app and send it through. On the Pay Run screen, click the blue + symbol and select 'New Adjustment'.

So for example, if your gross pay for Employee A is listed as $10000.00 however in reality it should only be $3000.00 then the adjustment you create will be for -$7000.00

My problem with this solution, is that the pay runs are all correct. It’s the additional amounts that were added when I answered the questions that are incorrect. I can’t see these to adjust them?
