Payday filing IRD website not logging in

Every time I go to export the files directly to the IRD website it crashes. I use chrome for my browser. It takes you to internet explorer for the log in page



It then takes you to the website ... supposedly.

I have this problem generally and have spoken to the IRD they say to use firefox but it still usually takes me 3 attempts to login not through Reckon as I always get this response



My bypass is to login in and manually upload the file to the IRD but what is the point of the system trying to do this every time when in doesn't work.

Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix for it?

As this is the IRD's portal which is made and managed by them, it's best for you to contact them directly about this and outline your troubleshooting steps. I'm sure they will be able to assist you further with getting this resolved.
