PAYG calculation not the same as ATO calculation?

PAYG calculation not the same as ATO calculation? I have set up a gross payment of $549 on pay run, ATO calculates tax should be $48 however reckon one shows tax as $92 and I don't know where I have gone wrong?  I have tried both claimed and not claimed the tax free threshold for employee but none of Reckon One tax figures are the same as ATO?

Are you able to put a screen shot up of the employee tax set up screen for the employee please - WITHOUT their tax file number on it?

Have you got them set up as weekly or fortnightly?  Do you have them set up as a casual?

In this screen can you try putting 24 as the quantity instead of 1 to see if that changes it?
That's if 24 hours is what they are employed under but 24 hours x $30.54 = $732.96 gross not $596??????????

Failing that it would be easier if I were to log into your computer to see the set up properly.

Looks like I may have the same problem that Mary has raised. The pay run gives the correct PAYG, but when I wish to submit it to ATO, the PAYG component doubles!
