I'm a physio doing our bookkeeping and this is our first year. I don't seem to be able to find how to even create a payg payment summary for each of my employees, let alone know how to lodge it with the ato. I have tried to look at the how to videos but I can't seem to find information there nor when I search the reckon community. I used reckon one and have the payroll module.

Thanks in anticipation and sorry if I should have been able to find the answer elsewhere

That's exactly what I needed Rav. Thank you very much. Where would I have found that video for future issues? I thought I had looked up the how to videos but clearly not!!

Also, I have an employee that was paid prior to me adding the payroll module. In her INB Payment summary her tax is correct but it is not adding her income from prior to payrun. How do I correct this please?

HiJodie
The same thing is happening to me, my last payslip is correct but my payg summary is not, it's only showing the amounts I hav paid through reckon and not including the YTD before I got the software. Can someone please help?

Hello Kylie,

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

When starting payroll in Reckon One into an ongoing financial year you do need to enter your YTD figures twice, once as you have done for Pays, Tax and Leave balances which affect the payslips, but then again under the Payment summary balances tab.

You can enter it now with the Pay period end date being the date of the last pay before starting pay runs in Reckon One.

Your Payment Summary should then match your payslips.

regards,
John
