PAYG payment summary 2016/17

I am currently using Premier Addition 2016. I have printed the PAYG payment summaries for each individual, but I have noticed that there is no signature or date box at the bottom of the documents.  Has this been removed ??

    Thanks for the idea Kevin.  I actually needed to go into printer setups for various forms, and change my settings from Letter to A4.

    I am new to this - do I need to sign the PAYG summaries before I email them to my employees?
