Payment Summaries 2017/18

we are trying to run our 2017/18 payment summaries although on 3 employees it is not picking up the Salary Sacrifice Super amount (or the entire years worth) on the summary. It shows in the reports for the year.

    I am having the same problem. But only one fortnight is missing and I don't know which fortnight it is not working for as they are all for the same amount.

    I have one employee that is working fine

    Hi Renea and Kylie.  What you seem to be referring to is the Reportable Employee Super Contribution.  If so, go to the following Knowledgebase site to refer to the action that you need to correct the error - it is relatively straight forward - try Option 2.  This problem probably tends to rear its head at the end of the year for an odd employee. I have had to correct it on more than one occasion in the past.  By following these instructions, you can determine which pay the problem has occurred in.
