payment summaries - employee not showing on list

Hi everyone, I am trying to print/email the INB payment summaries for my employees however 1 of my employees is not showing on the list? Any ideas as to where to look to rectify? Thanks in advance.

INB Payment summary lists will show employees according to their send Preference which will be either Email or Print or Both.  For email purposes select the Both option so that they appear on Email lists and Print Lists for reporting.  This change is made in teh Employee Record.
