payment summaries not emailing

I am trying to email payment summaries. When it finishes preparing payments summaries, it says there are no emails to send?

    Hi Plaxy,
    Did you search the Community for related/similar threads raised previously or take a look at our KnowledgeBase for help articles? There are usually topics like this that have been asked and answered previously so will save you some time.

    There are KB articles here which has info similar to what you've outlined - 

    Payment Summaries to be emailed disappear from the Send Forms list on Reckon Accounts Hosted

    Send Forms list is blank and there are no Payment Summaries to email

    These dont apply... I was trying to create the payment summaries and email them in the same session, ie straight away!

    Did you look at the process you need to follow as listed in the above KB's to clear any corrupt emails?

    Send Forms list is blank and there are no Payment Summaries to email

    Hi Plaxy,
    I had the same problem today, after 2 hours and 6 minutes (most of it on hold) on the phone with Reckon today, there unfortunately isn't any other way other than the solution in ID 3757. There is a corrupted email somewhere, it just shows a blank screen. You need to do a single person payroll run on the 1st day of the new financial year, go through the process of emailing and when the send forms screen comes up blank, press ESC. I then had to do this approx 150 times of ALT-F, Send forms, ESC. It was stopping not only the payment summaries, but also other send form items such as payslips. Best I can suggest is just keep on keeping on, as silly as it seems to keep pressing ESC on a blank screen, it's the solution. It deletes one email each time you press ESC.

    Hi Cameron, thanks for that. I had a run of 45 emails that originally bombed out, and then have tried to re email them several times..... does that mean each time i retried to send them that has added another 45 corrupted emails? I have spent the last 45 mins going through ALT _F Send Forms ESC but still have a blank screen!

    It took me 3 sessions of 30 minutes each - it is truly one of the more mind numbing experiences. Make sure you attempt to send one 2018-19 payment summary so you have 1 "good" email, which will come up. Keep clicking away your precious EOFY time...

    They really need to improve this, perhaps a single purge function would be appropriate in a future release.

    Got the same problem ... Seriously Rav what is the Reckon fix for this. The below suggestions are not a satisfactory solution for software I pay good money to use.

    This does not work. I have 220 employees and not one payment summary can be shown. I have changed the first email address and nothing. You should also be ashamed of your customer support as I also spent 2 hours waiting on hold and will now be changing to zero. Will also report to ATO that quickbooks can not comply with legislation

    I have the same problem!  I've tried for 2 days to send pay slips.  They were working before the 18 upgrade.  Surely this can be fixed!

    I've tried to send one at a time & still nothing.  Wasting time like crazy...  RECKON - can you please advise?  I do not have 2 hrs to spend on the phone.  Thanks

    Hi all, I've spent the last two hours trying to send payment summaries with a warning coming up saying that "One or more of the selected employees have no address", everything has been checked and all addresses changed to Unit # then Street address to no avail........then after clicking on OK it crashes with error code 13744 23886..........any one else having this issue?

    Yep hearing you, I have same issue trying to create dummy employee trying to fix the dreaded ANNUAL payment summary issue.  The address is correct but keeps saying address is missing.

    I had been a loyal supporter of Reckon (previous QB) for  some 40 years now, and it is about time they got some of these things fixed.

    Every year it is the same thing, payment summaries want email due to a corrupted email.  it is about time Reckon fixed this don't you think.

    Clients don't want to pay our bill for spending 2 hours esc email after email to fix a corrupt reckon email.  this is up to Reckon to fix not our clients to pay for it.  After all they pay for the program it should be fixed by Reckon
