Payment Summaries RESC

I am using payroll reckon desktop and have ran my payment summaries and have a few employees under 10 showing amount in RESC which should not be there, please help

    Hi Kenzie - I'm having the same issues, have you heard anything yet on how to fix?

    http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5700 Check this link out, and install the patch. I had similar issues, and this fixed it for me.

    I would like to say that the 2019-2020 version has the same issue :(
    Rav Can you still use the same patch to fix the issue?

    I installed it on my 2019-2020 and it id not fix the problem. There is still 1 employee showing RESC and they shouldn't. I have run a super report for the whole year and confirmed that did not have any RESC for the last financial year.

    That's annoying Kylie, I've run a few payrolls in the 19/20 year, and the employees that were effected before I ran that 18/19 patch, are still ok in this FY. 
    I hope you get it sorted, and the issue doesn't reappear for me!
